Upcoming Regulations for Drinking Water

In addition to drinking water-related regulations that are proposed (e.g., the revision of the arsenic MCL) and others that have completed the formal regulatory process, CDPH's Drinking Water Program has regulations in draft form. Draft regulations, which have been or eventually will be submitted to the Office of Regulations and Hearings for review (an early stage of the process), include:
